We collect application crash report and error issue message, not personal information like your name, email address, phone number, payment info, physical address or account activity.

   When you use the application, we collect Personal Information that you may provide about yourself, such as user-name, as well as Personal Information about other people who have access to your Products, such as other family members, guests, and service providers like gardeners, house cleaners and/or others (¡§Invitees¡¨) but those information is stored in your device, like the iKey Lock application ¡§share user¡¨ feature work with Android / iOS system provide function ¡§Share With Intents¡¨ to share, this application (iKey Lock)

Also, if you enable the Auto-Unlock feature, the App will request your consent in order to track your location in order to determine when your App nears Products that you have permission to access (e.g., when you are near home). Location information will only be stored on your device, and not on our servers. This information will tell your mobile device to start listening for your lock more often (increasing the polling). This improves the device¡¦s performance and saves your mobile device¡¦s battery life.

2. Usage Information
   We collect application crash report and error issue message that make the application better.

   We use technologies like cookies and Firebase Crashlytics to provide, improve, protect, and promote our application. For example, Firebase Crashlytics is lightest weight crash reporting solution.

Nope, iKey Lock is not intended for people under 13.

  Our application are not directed to children, and you may not use our services if you are under the age of 13. You must also be old enough to consent to the processing of your personal data in your country (in some countries we may allow your parent or guardian to do so on your behalf).
